Toshiba 32A35 Picture Quality

I got my televion about a week ago but I have a problem with the way the colors are displayed.

Colors that are of a darker shade appears as dark green, especially black, grey even skin have a greenish look especially when the bright is turned down.

I emailed Toshiba about the problem but no one has responded to date.

I just want to knwo if anybody else has this problem with this particular model [Toshiba 32A35] and if it can be corrected.

Sounds like poor setup at the factory (perhaps somebody had a hangover). First ensure tint is o.k and turn off set at wall and reconnect after a couple of hours incase magnetsed tube putting a cast on screen but I think it will be cut off settings and in this case return to supplier but if not local contact Toshiba again and demand service. They will organise a local dealer to service/replace.
