phillips/dead set

hi,
i have encountered trouble dead set.i check the power reg.its ok. h.out also ok.ill notice when i measured b+ in p.supply there is a given voltage 220 v.upto the primary of chopper x'former,in secondary none. i check 5v,9v.ok.higly appreciate your help.

Did you check the startup resistor, and small electro's in the P/S?

yeah, i'll check already the start up resistor.its ok.i dont remember the model #. ill send it to u tmrw the model #. thanks 4 ur help guys. god bless.
