IT WORKS FOR 2 SECONDS THEN THE LIGHT GOES, THE POWER IS STILL FUNCTION.
POWER OFF THEN ON, ALSO WORKS FOR OTHER 2 SECONDS??????????????? |

Open it up and look for "puffed electrolytic capacitors."
