Sony KP-46WT520 No Picture At Times

If the TV is left off or unplug for awhile and you turn it on you must likely will get picture(Hear static charge). If the picture doesn't come on (No static charge) the TV shuts off and give the code of 10 blinks which is
HV Protection
Q8014 or Q8013 have shorted replace along with R8051 on D Board
IC8005 is damaged (D Board)

Sometimes when there's no picture it shuts off and you press power as soon as you hear it click off it will get picture back.

So is it possible for those parts to act this way?

If you get the picture to come on, the TV works great no problem with picture at all and it never shuts off.

I replaced IC8002(MCZ3001DB) and found IC6400(MCZ3001DB) to be same chip so I replaced both at once.

Since changed It has been working since then.
