tv problem

We have a signature 2000 TV.
It is stuck on one channel and volume.
NO control pannel found.
Tried New remote but that doesn't work either.[/code][/img]

"Signature 2000" was to Montgomery Wards; Like "Kenmore" is to Sears; "System 3" was to Zenith; "XL100" & "ColorTrak" to RCA.

You're going to need a Model or Chassis number.
