MAG 810FD monitor reparil

Hello!
I've got a MAG 810FD, the contrast and the brightness of my monitor is working at 10% of the normal level, even when both are on the maximum in OSD menu. But the menu's pop up window contrast and brightness is excellent, same as when the monitor was working properly. The in video line's level is good (1 V p-p). In my opinion it has got a code, whereby i am able to set back the orignal settings. What do you think? Reply me please if you can help me, or have any further idea or you hve got the service code.
