Unit will power on and show a picture but it is negative. The circuit board at the top of the screen is marked UD150XD and Q201 is a 6 legged ic that is a lump of ash (crispy critter). _________________ You're over there, I'm over here. |

You need to change the complete UD150XD T-Con Board not only the "chip".
Search Gooooooooooogle you will find somewhat. |

(Thanks to Kenny B)
Q201 is a 1MZ4T108 is a 4.4 volt switching array consisting of one PNP and NPN transistor. It is driven by IC201. Q201 is sourced from the 10.9vdc line.
Having said that, Q201 controls the 4.4 volt line to the LCD panel which, if it is a crispy critter, doesn't bode well for the set. However you might get lucky and find C260 or C259 shorted. If one of them is shorted you may also have IC201 shorted/toasted etc. (A TL3472CDR op amp). Otherwise you MAY be looking at a panel. The output from Q201 goes to connector 312, pins 3,4 and 35...
Hope that may help you out a bit... _________________ You're over there, I'm over here. |

Google number in question. Other than that...
