Had a power surge. Tv picture started shrinking and resized back to full screen. Then just powered off. Pushed power button on. Green power light on front came on for half second and turned off. Reset connectors on boards. Now it doesnt come on at all. Fuse is good.

Most projos have more than just one fuse. You need to check all of them. Are power supply voltages there? Convergence is very popular circuit to fail.
