The problem i have is with the output sound. When i turn the volume knob the volume change, but the problem is that the volume is very low even though the volume knob is set to the max.

Then get it.
The KC 207 "controls" the amplifier you connect to it.

Then it´s normal that if i connect speakers in the output of the KC-207 you can barely hear the sound?

Maybe this will explain it better. The amp can be the one mentioned or you can use a different one.
