Toshiba 3339DB user manual needed

Howdy !
Bought a 10 year old Tosh 3339DB 33" CRT - beast

But cannot work out how to tune channels - plus theres a few of the icons rubbed off the remote buttons.

Trying to remember the remote layout.
If you could provide a picture of the remote buttons I may be able to assist.
