Philips Tv problem

I have Model # - 7p6033 w101 chassis # - ptv775-ah01 of philips . when plug my tv into an outlet, it gives sparks, thought problem with the power cord itself.when I hold on the power button, the green power light comes for a second ,then a chirping noise comes inside the tv. It does not even turn on. what's my problem might be?
