Sony-G21

I have a sony G21 Bg2s chasis and it is dead, check and found that STR6707n is short and r611(0.1ohms) is open and Diode D609 (D1nL20) is open and R629(33ohms) is open.If i replace this STR6707 with all the other defective components again it is getting short.Cannot able to find D1nl20 diode with the same.Kindly provide solution with the equivalent for the diode d1nl20u.\
