I read your request.
Did you find the schematics for the 3900z by the way?
I have a receiver like that, with a blown ampli R-channel. Maybe you can provide me with clues where to look?

Hi Rene,
Try to look for two fuses hidden inside a box. it's underneath the board for the main fuse... it's probably blown. Mine is always like that due to over volume |
