Hi
I am planning to build a 2 kw power amplifier that amplifies square pulses of few microseconds width and 3 MHz frequency into 50 ohms load.
I have collected a good articles but they are not exactly about what I want.
Can anybody advice me about a reference or a website which can help me in easily building such amplifier.
I would prefer to use solid state devices.
