Phaser 3400 paper jam

Hello all,

I have a Xerox phaser 3400 printer which is continuously jamming. I have had it for 3 years and never caused a problem until about a month
ago. The paper jams everytime I try to print. It occurs when printing from the main and the multipurpose tray. Lately, I have been using the multipurpose tray only since it is easier to clear. When a jam occurs, I turn off the printer, clear the jam and try again. After 4 or 5 attempts, it prints, but the print out is always preceded by a blank page. Sometimes 3
blanks come before the print out. Someone mentioned it could be a faulty
fuser. Any ideas, suggestions, ways to fix it? It could help if I could have access to a service manuals with diagrams to take the printer apart. However, I still don't know what to look for.
