RICOH settings guide is needed before reading the manual for certain photocopier model. You may need it. The settings guide can be found here: http://support.ricoh.com/bb_v1oi/pub_e/oi/0001026/0001026972/VB2307857/B2307857.pdf .

However, HP is a good company that sells high quality photocopiers. I use HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus and it has given me a superb performance than other photocopiers. I recommend it.
