Vertical issues until warmed up

purchased about 3 yrs ago. Now, for some reason - the picture jumps around (mainly on the top portion of the screen) for about 10 to 15 minutes until it is warmed up. Any suggestions for repairs - other than buying a new tv?

Hi,

This sounds like elect caps drying up at the Vert IC section.

Try to replace all elect caps at that section... not expensive if u know how to DIY.

I would backup fongs advice..it could also be a cold solder joints on the vertical section..
