Service Entry Code for Sony slv-d350p?

Does anyone know the service entry code for this dvd/vhs player?
The problem I have with it is low audio volume when using the dvd. I am hoping their is an adjustment of output voltage, since the power of the tv it plays through is the same as when playing as a tv. There is no doubt the problem is related to recoding volume of the disks ( since not all are low).
Or, to open up the question, is there any solution?
