Service manual-Whirlpool washer-wtw5640xw0

Please provide a service manual for a Whirlpool washer-wtw5640xw0 Cabrio.
I am trying to replace the tub seal and cannot get the agitator out. I removed the bolt and washer from the top of the agitator, but it feels like the agitator hits some kind of hard stop when I try to pull it out. The shaft on the bottom of the transmission moves when I try to remove the agitator. Thanks in advance.
