Samsung LE19B450C4W - SMPS Problem

Hi all.
This is my first post here. I hope you can help me.
I have this Samsung LCD. The problem is with the power board: it blows up the fuse and thermistor.
I had left it apart for a few months, after trying and repair it. At that time I changed the driver IC and checked the rectifier bridge and the High Voltage Cap.
Now I would like to try again and need your suggestions about what to check.
Does anyone have the schematic? The board model is PWI1902ST.
