Presuming CCFL display...
Has B-Plus Voltage?
Has Enable Voltage?
Transformer primary/secondary windings continuities intact?
CCFL bulb ends NOT blackened/broken or disconnected?

Presuming CCFL display...
Has B-Plus Voltage?
Has Enable Voltage?
Transformer primary/secondary windings continuities intact?
CCFL bulb ends NOT blackened/broken or disconnected?
Internal board number(s) might help.
