bpl tv model BDR21DA1 service menu path

hello i am bpl tv user. My tv model no. Is BDR21DA1. I wnt to set vrtical n horizontal picture limit setting. But i am not able to find service menu path on my remote. Earlier i found about pressing keys in sequence power on,tv\av, i , stop. But in my company remote there is no i and stop button . So please help me to find path of service menu .
