| Note that this is a standard 4000-series CMOS logic ic. The prefix "HEF" is used by Philips/NXP on such ic's, but the data and pin configuration is identical for all manufacturers. Just search for the generic number 4053 at any of the well known semiconductor manufacturer's sites - i. e. www.nxp.com , www.fairchildsemi.com , www.ti.com . |
