VW Gamma radio TP question

Hi there,

Does anyone know how to switch off TP (Traffic Programme) on a VW gamma radio? It's driving me mad, every second it's butting into my tunes. I've got a manual which tells me everything but how to switch it off. Any info would be greatfully received.

I think I've found out how to switch it off.

Just press FM or AM. (I'm sure I tried that though?)
