answering telephone"PHILIPS TD9470"

Hello....
I'm french (excuse for my poor english),I search for a drawing for an telephone "philips TD9470".
My problem is: I can't have acces to the answer(it receive message, but I can't read or erase the messages.
I've check all possibilities whithout drawing, all is "looking" good, I suspect the memory access..
Is somebody may invoice this drawing to my mail box following
