How to repair JVC projection television 50''

I am a young Television technician who is repairing jvc 50''projection television.the problem is.there is no power and after checking and replacing STR6709,still the problem is there.I later found that there is relay on the deflection PCB which is not switching on .please kindly help with your expert advice.
