Dell Monitor P780 Shut down

My Dell Monitor came up for a second and then shut down with amber light flashing. I have check HOT, caps, and fusible resitors and found no faults. If anyone has the same problem, please help.

Hi this is a Sony D99 chassis and the flashing of the Amber LED indicates the fault area.
D99 LED Fault codes

Amber 0.5 Sec off 0.5 Sec = HV or B= failure

Amber 1.5 Sec off 0.5 Sec = H or V scan failure or thermal failure

Amber 0.5 Sec off 1.5 Sec = ABL failure

Green 0.5 Sec off 0.5 Sec = Aging raster or test pattern
