SONY TV KV-X2902U chassis BE-3B

I search information for this TV. My problem is: during the power on procedure the standby mode is ok .when i chose one tv channel ,first time the red led blinking one and d'ont switch power,second time the red led blinking continously and d'ont switch Power on (No sound and no No Image)the TV is blocked.Is necessairy to Switch off for new restart.I dispose schematics for chassis BE-3B.I d'ont have idea for repair this one.Tanks you for help me.
