Hi,

I have a Mitsubshi VS-4543 that Turns on and Turns right off. I assume its going into protect mode so I started by resoldering all the cold solder joints on the HV board.

This did not fix the problem.

Any tips?

Unsolser the collector of the horizontal output transistor and see if the set will come on. If it does, the flyback is bad.
