55ux58b not working

hi after reading the other posts i replaced the two fuses c707 and e994 and my set still wont work what else could be the problem. d947,d939,d964and d956 all come on then d946 and d967 come on about 3-5 seconds later then d912 starts flashing. d940 does not light up at all. any help would be greatly appreciated as i got this tv for free.
