Dear friends, I am new in this forum plz help me. I will also try to Help u in matter of dificilty.
I have Philips 14pt138a. When I uses my TV on AV mode both audio and video are present but when I turn to TV mode there is no Audio any how video is present clearly.
Friends: There are VOLUME control voltage present on System IC PIN 2 when I uses AV mode BUT when I uses TV mode there are no volume control voltage on system ic pin 2.

Moreover all its major components are OK.
Urgent help required

Dear Zahid, 1st thanks for replying but I have alredy replaced its EEPROM (MEMORY IC) but nothing happened.

But sir i have same problem in sony kv2197me2 i replease memory ic then its work okey .......u check again and programming once again
