Could it be possible that 15 Ohms Metal Film Resistor will be damage by ESD?

Yes, if the discharge is of high enough energy, but in normal circumstances - such as those which can damage c.m.o.s. devices - your 15 ohm resistor, whether it be metal film or any other type, has nothing to fear.
