Samsung HCL473w Red Shadows

My TV suddenly has the red shadows all over. I opened the side panels and it is pretty dusty. The perfect focus doesnt get throught the red and I have no ability to adjust in the manual covergence in blue or red.

Any ideas

If I order a new board or something is it difficult to replace

Does anyone have the service manuals on this model
