Phillips 60PP9202

My Phillips 60" big screen has sound, but no picture. There was no "event" preceding this - I turned it on and got nothing. Menu screen won't even show.

I would like to know what the most likely cause of this is, and what to repair. From reading some of the other posts, it seems that Phillips uses modular circuit boards, so if it a circuit board I would like to know which one and where it is located in the TV. Thanks!

Could you please let me know your resolution. I returned on tv and the second one did the same thing right after warranty.
