Phillips Model pc5220 - help

I recently purchased a older model tv from a hotel sale (Phillips model pc 5220) & all was well & good until I bought a universal remote & attempted to change the channel with it. It now won't go back to the neutral channel three. There's only static & every time I try to get it back to channel three it says no such channel. I have cable but it isn't working now either. I think it's a code issue, but haven't the slightest idea how to fix it with no user guide.

Does it have two tuners? Or two places to put the coax in.

Hope someone can help with this continuing saga. Channel three returned & the tv was working with the universal remote until one day I tried to turn it on & the screen flickered & then I hear a click coming from inside the set & no picture. The remote is working but something internally is amiss. Help!
