Sony KV-EF29 not working

Hello,

I have a Sony KV-EF29 (BG-1L) which is not working with the fuse and IC601:STR-S6709 exploded. Area around pin 1 & 2 burnt and s/c plus resistor R619 which leads to pin 6 of that IC, burnt. I have checked the Horizontal Output transistor and it seems ok. What could be the real problem here? Please help. Thank You.

you first have to check rectifier circuit and the big cap also flyback.
