Samsung HCM-4215w Convergence Problem

I own a samsung HCM-4215w rear projection tv. It had a convergence problem and i have put in a new convergence board with the two ics.

I can move a colors to line them up but the green is not a thin line like the other two colors. It is fat and looks out of focus. Is there anyway to correct this.

there is a mechanical focus on the top of the picture tube,loosen wing nut and adjust either way.but also there is a focus pack behind the front speaker grill marked with three screen controls(dont touch) as well as focus for each color tube.try grenn focus control first(in middle).
