Hi there, I have just replaced my car stereo with an Alpine TDM 7526E head unit and matching cd stacker. I also have an amp in my car that I run the sub woofer from. The problem I am having is cause because the amp is switched on by the electronic antenna lead from the stereo. With the Alpine stereo the electronic antenna only works when you listen to radio. If you change to cd it switches the antenna off, and with it the amp. There is also a lead labled "remote turn on". Should I be running the amp from this, or will it blow the whole thing up??
I would appreciate your help on this,
Will |
