Philips 28CL6770/25Z PSU Trouble

This Philips Tv the switch mode transistor is short circuiting every time it is replaced, I have suspected the LOP transformer but the LOP transister checks out ok. any idears

Check for other components in the primary circuit that is short circuit.
When you take away the shorted transisitor you should measure high ohm between where collector and emitter was on the circuit board. Dont forgett to uncharge the big filter capacitor first.
