i have a philips tv 50p8341 chasis ptv 915 no sound no pic. The power button will light up but no sound or picture. someone told me it might be the thermistor. Could you tell me where i could locate that on the circuit board and do you think that could be whats wrong... thank you

Commem problem is replace SSB p#313912725871. Causes all sorts of problems. No pic, no sound, no raster. Have you tried unplugging the set?
