Grungig cuc 7301

Hello
i have the above TV and the problem is that the fuse and the bul 310TR get sort cirquit
I also have change the uc 3842
Any other suggestion idont remember what else i have to replace with the bul and the IC ?

I bet that is old stuff and i bet it is the power capacitors finaly dieing look for bulgy big cap and check the voltages dc on the ac scale see if you can see any ripple. a fuse only blow to protect from total burn out not to protect one 2,3,4 chips. A bown fuse means big trouble.
