Panasonic TV not tuning in like it used to

I have a Panasonic Television (model # CT-20GG8G) that is hooked up to an antenna. It used to tune past channel 69, and several channels would come in very well. One day I made the mistake of hitting Auto Channel Program. Now it will only go up to channel 69 and I can not figure out how to revert back. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Go into the menu and switch the tuner to cable not antenna. Ant will only go to channel 69 where cable goes up to 125.
