Norcent DVD player

I have here this chinese made DVD Player Norcent Brand,and plays good most of the times. but some times it intermitently cuts sound and freezes picture,and makes this funny squealing like it's searching for the content.i already used DVD Cleanner.any suggestions thanks in advance.

Screw the dvd cleaner, get in at the optics with a q tip and isopropyl alcohol.
