unlock children lock of tv AG

Hello Good afternoon. I have a AG TV model 9528 who asked me for a code when i push power on,like children lock. I put the memory but remain the same.Someone can teel me if there are a way to unlock the tv? Like a combination of buttons in RM or in the tv?
