Hello.
Just got this TV and no power. Does anybody know what is the part number for Q601? Also does any one know where can I download the service manual?

Hello.
I could not find service manual for this model so I looked at different Sharp 13" LCD TV and the FET that suppose to do the same job of Q601 is 2SK2503. I will try to put the K2503 and will see what happend. Wish me luck and I'll update result soon.
