Sony kp-53s25 problem not sure yet what it is.

ok so when i turn on my tv without it hooked up to cable wire it has sound but no picture, and the standby light just blinks continuously. when i plug in the cable wire into aux, it just kinda sounds like its being turned off and then on and then off again, and it keeps repeating. what could it be.. from my understanding is that its my IC301 but i have no idea how to replace it and where to locate it.. i have already been jipped by a tv repair guy, he came to my house looked at it and said it was bad vertical deflection. but he barely looked at it to tell me this. and after looking it up i am pretty sure the vertical deflection is fine because the light blinks more than just 4 times.. anyways if ANYONE can help i would really appreciate it.

Try unplugging cn1757 and lifting one side of the fuse's on the convergence board. They have the STK392-020's on it. Might be 392-010's.
