Grundig TV problem, needs advice.

hi,
i have a Grundig TV, i don't know the model. for a few weeks, every time i switch it on, it shuts down, and it takes a few times until it stays on. what is the problem? is it worth fixing, or should i get a new one?

Mentioning the model would be better to get a response since
Grundig has many different chassis.
I can give you a "common" answer: check/replace electrolytic
caps in the primary side of the power supply.
Check for bad contacts in power, horizontal and vertical.
