Looking for Toshiba V727B service manual

Have said VCR which spat its drive belt out and expected problems tape jam etc. That is sorted.

Now the PCB SMPS R5000 20360420.SD is not working properly. when you plug in it flashes AUTO once then the clock flashes 00:00 continualy. None of the buttons work except the standby which attempts to fire up but then reverts to flashing 00:00

Nothing else happens???????????
