Sony start up problem

Hay folks, I'm a new-b to site. Thanks for any hlp in adv.
I hav a sony-kv-27FS120. when i turn it on the relay clicks on but no picture, the red light by the power button flashes 3times pause 3 times again and then 4 times and the relay shuts down again screen stays black. The darn thing is only 4 years old, i had a 32" sony before and got 12 yrs with no hitch thats why i went with sony again, kind of disappointed with this one though, i got for the kids room again thanks for the info.

Look on the power supply for a white resistor, I believe R606 in this one and see if it reads open.
