[help] How to read/write a dump file

Hi every body and Happy new Year for everyone.

It's my first post on this forum and I hope that I will find help here

Can you help me to know how to read/write a dump (.bin) file ??

I have download a dump for a philips autoradio here on eserviceinfo.com but I don't know where to put it.

I've note that I can load a dump for my TV, my airconditioner and my printer too ... can anyone help me to know how I can do that ???

where a dump file can be put ??? on the microcontroller or just in the eeprom ?! and must I buy a micro controller programmer or a pic programmer ??

which connector must I have to do this ??? how can i connect my autoradio with my pc !!

I hope that I will find help here ... because I'm curious to know how i can do that ...
